Achieving 3D embroidery UV DTF stickers requires just three simple steps: 1.Print the design: Using a UV DTF printer, print embroidery-like patterns onto Film A with specialized UV ultra-soft ink. During printing, the device automatically applies Film B as a transfer layer. 2.Low-Temperature Bottom Transfer: After printing, peel off Film A. Place the fabric to be pressed and Film B (with the design) onto the bottom heating unit. Heat at 150°C for 15-20 seconds until the adhesive bonds to the fabric, then peel off Film B. 3.Secondary Heat Pressing: Place the transferred product back into the heat press for secondary bonding at 150°C for 10 seconds. This ensures the adhesive layer bonds firmly, achieving the final 3D effect. The entire process is simple to operate with controllable costs, making it ideal for personalized, small-batch production needs.
