AINKJET successfully concluded its participation in SIGN CHINA 2026, held from September 15 to 17 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. At Booth W4H C02, AINKJET showcased a complete range of digital printing solutions, including UV DTF printing, UV flatbed printing, cylinder printing, eco-solvent printing, industrial UV roll-to-roll printing, and dye sublimation printing.

The AJ-9060X4 AI visual positioning UV flatbed printer introduced a new diamond crystal painting solution at the exhibition. With its CCD visual positioning system, the printer can accurately identify and align irregularly placed materials, supporting efficient production of diamond crystal paintings and other customized decorative products. The solution demonstrates the potential of intelligent positioning technology in personalized and high-value decorative printing applications.

The AJ-3002UV multifunctional UV flatbed and roll printer features a dual flatbed and roll-to-roll printing solution, allowing users to handle both rigid products and flexible media with one compact machine. It is suitable for customized items, labels, decals, and small-batch production.
The AJ-UVBox-A4 mini UV flatbed printer provides another compact option for personalized printing. Its desktop design and color, white, and varnish printing capabilities make it suitable for gifts, crafts, badges, promotional items, and other small-format customized products.

The AJ-706UV DTF crystal label printer demonstrated the application potential of 3D UV DTF transfer printing. Supporting color, white, varnish, and glue printing workflows, the system is suitable for crystal stickers, decorative labels, textured effects, and customized transfer products.
The AJ-600E Pro 3D silicone UV DTF printer showcased flexible transfer applications with ultra-soft UV ink technology. The solution supports customized printing for apparel, sportswear, footwear, bags, hats, and fabric accessories, expanding the possibilities of UV DTF beyond conventional hard-surface decoration.

Direct-to-object printing was another highlight at the AINKJET booth.
The AJ-Spiral D360UV portable desktop cylinder printer supports direct printing on bottles, cups, and other cylindrical products. With the fixture removed, it can also print on small customized items such as golf balls, making it a flexible solution for personalized product printing and short-run customization.

For higher-volume cylinder printing, the AJ-UV360R5 industrial cylinder UV printer demonstrated professional direct printing capabilities. Equipped with five Ricoh G6 printheads, the system supports printing on tumblers, cosmetic bottles, wine bottles, cans, and customized packaging.

The AJ-6800T industrial LED-UV roll-to-roll printer provided a wide-format UV printing solution for flexible materials. With printing performance of up to 38 m²/h, the system supports applications including lightbox films, decorative films, vehicle graphics, labels, leather, and wall coverings.

The AJ-1602S Eco-Solvent White Ink Printing Solution was introduced as a new solution for advertising and vehicle graphic applications. By combining eco-solvent printing with a white ink workflow, the system expands printing possibilities on transparent and colored media. It is especially suitable for vehicle stickers, car graphics, window graphics, decals, and customized advertising materials.

For textile production, the AJ-1908TX Ultra Industrial Dye Sublimation Printer was presented as a high-speed solution for larger-volume sublimation printing. Equipped with eight Epson i3200-A1 / i3200-A1-2 printheads, the 1920 mm system can reach a printing speed of up to 415 m²/h at 360 × 1200 dpi in 1-pass mode. It is designed for sportswear, fashion fabrics, flags, soft signage, and home textile production.
During SIGN CHINA 2026, AINKJET welcomed overseas distributors, factory buyers, professional users, and industry partners from different markets.
