Printhead Configuration

Equipped with 4 brand-new Epson i3200U1-2 printheads. It is a Large Format UV Roll-to-Roll Printer with a 3.2m wide format. It can reach 123㎡/h under 4Pass mode, balancing productivity and image precision, suitable for bulk advertising orders.

Ink Color Configuration

CMYK as the standard configuration, supporting multiple color combination schemes. Optional 8-color scheme with four fluorescent colors (Fy/Fm/Fg/Fo) available. It also supports White (W) and Varnish (V). Available color combinations: CMYK / CMYKW / CMYKWV / CMYKW + fluorescent colors, which can produce eye-catching fluorescent effect images and create differentiated advertising effects.

Upgraded Configuration

Adopts Dual Receiving System. It supports continuous automatic winding of rolls, suitable for mass long-run production, reduces manual material replacement and ensures stable roll conveying. With UV curing technology, this UV roll-to-roll printer realizes instant curing upon printing.

Application Compatibility

Supports various flexible roll materials. Widely used for advertising prints, decorative products and special effect graphics such as fluorescent posters and window stickers. White ink/varnish enables emboss, frosted and partial highlight effects. Suitable for ad factories, signage & soft decor enterprises for outdoor ads, exhibition graphics and car wraps.
