Feature

This AJ-706UV DTF printer comes with 6 Epson printheads and supports multiple color configurations including golden varnish for metallic and embossed label production.

It can make neon crystal stickers, TPU 3D UV DTF and imitation embroidery transfers, built on a stable 700mm-wide structure with a maximum speed of 15㎡/h.

It works with AB film UV DTF and UV soft textile printing to produce various labels, and bulk custom orders are acceptable.

Printhead Configuration

Equipped with 6 Epson i1600-U1/i3200 printheads with 6PASS printing mode. The i3200 version delivers up to 720×1800dpi resolution, supporting neon, 3D embossed and various creative special printing processes.

Color Configuration

Adopts CMYK + White + Varnish / Golden Varnish. Built-in golden varnish requires no extra post-processing, directly producing metallic hot stamping and full-gold crystal labels. This all-in-one machine realizes diverse 3D textures and decorative effects.

Optional Printing Processes

Supports neon luminous crystal stickers, 3D embossed TPU UV DTF, simulated embroidery UV transfer stickers and classic universal UV crystal stickers for versatile applications.

700mm Wide & Stable Structure

Features 700mm effective print width. Dual guide rails and upgraded rollers ensure smooth feeding and stable continuous printing with less ghosting and ink interruption. Max speed up to 15m/h for efficient mass production.
