Mass‑Production Printhead Configuration

Equipped with four i3200‑A1 printheads featuring an embedded protective base, delivering a maximum resolution of 3600 dpi for factory‑grade production.
High‑Efficient Width and Productivity
1.9m printing width, max speed up to 110 sqm/h under production mode. Supports 80kg paper roll and 1000‑meter long‑roll media, ideal for mass‑production assembly‑line operation.
Stable Ink Supply System
Adopts CMYK dye‑sublimation ink and CISS large‑capacity bulk ink system. It enables long‑hour non‑stop production, delivers vivid and saturated colors on polyester fabrics and meets most color requirements for textile printing.
Robust Structure with Wall‑Panel and Air Shafts
Integrated Wall‑Panel frame prevents deformation at high‑speed printing. Front and rear air shafts plus upgraded media loading give smooth feeding and less paper wrinkling and shifting. LCD control works for both small‑batch and high‑speed production.
Versatile Media and Wide Applications

Features

	The aluminum profile main beam is used to replace the original steel structure, providing better mechanical strength and mechanical precision.		Added flash spray slot structure to better improve printing speed and accuracy.
	X, Y axis motion transmission structure upgraded to provide more stable movement to ensure printing quality.		The printheads base is embedded in the structure, so the heads does not protrude from the bottom plate of the trolley, which better protects the print heads .
	The printing platform is widened to ensure that the printing area is between the paper pressing slots to provide a stable printing effect.		Added a waste ink barrel alarm system for a more user-friendly experience.
	Standard fresh air system to reduce dust in the printing chamber and ink mist caused by inkjet.		The trolley lifting structure is upgraded, and the height of the trolley bottom plate does not need to be re-verified to adjust the height consistency of the left and right front and back.
