| 1.9m High Speed Dye Sublimation Printer Compact Size Delivers Exceptionally High Output Superior Printing Configuration Compact footprint with industrial-grade 1.9m printing width, equipped with 8 EPSON i3200-A1 piezoelectric printheads to deliver both high-speed mass production and delicate high-definition patterns. High performance sublimation dye ink Standard CMYK four-color sublimation dye ink and large-capacity continuous ink supply system with low ink alarm function. Multi-color expansion is optional to satisfy rich color requirements of high-end printing. Stable Long-Roll Media Handling It accepts standard 1000m jumbo rolls and up to 3000m transfer paper per roll. Automatic air expansion shafts, dual air-chain platform and reinforced swing rods deliver auto tension control for wrinkle-free, offset-free long-roll feeding with vibration-free high-speed operation. High Speed & Efficient Drying The maximum printing speed reaches 380㎡/h, greatly improving delivery efficiency for bulk apparel and home textile orders. The external integrated hot air dryer instantly dries printed paper to prevent transfer adhesion and color bleeding. Wide-Range Industrial Application Compatible with all sublimation fabrics such as polyester, elastic fabric and microfiber. It is widely used in digital heat transfer production for sportswear, home textiles, advertising flags, cultural gifts and industrial chemical fiber fabrics. |
